Work Package 6

Dissemination, Exploitation and Standardization

The work package manages the fundamental issues of dissemination, exploitation, standardization and communication. In particular the definition and execution of internal and external dissemination activities in order to make the research activities and the progress of technology development visible to communities outside the project. The definition an execution of exploitation strategies in order to ensure leveraging of the European semiconductor manufacturing science and the development of a standardization plan are further objectives within the project.
